Exchange/Return/Refund

Please understand that as a small business we rely on happiness and joy at the point purchase every time.

We are truly committed to our customer satisfaction and want you to be happy.  If you have a problem with your order and need to make a return or exchange within 14 days of confirmed delivery, then please contact us here and we will make things right for you .

The responsibility for the return postage costs to refund or exchange an item will rest on you.   We recommend a registered tracking mail service to ensure secure delivery in order to ensure safe delivery and no tracking issue since Sunzi can not be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

No refunds on sale items. We are happy to make an exchange for the right reasons.

We will gladly offer a refund on full-price items within 14 days of confirmed delivery for qualifying reasons.

Returned items must be unused, unworn and unaltered, with original packaging and all tags attached. Any returned item that is damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted.

Once we have received your return, you will be advised you by email.  Refunds are processed to the same method of original payment and will take effect within 2-4 business days of receipt of the returned products.

We can not offer a refund for the purchase of gift vouchers/cards.

Faulty Items

We understand it could happen!   Any genuinely faulty items will of course be returned or exchanged because we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

To report and return a faulty item, please don’t hesitate to contact us here as soon as you have received your items. We will ask you to provide photographic and any other proof to confirm the issue.

Any postage costs associated with a faulty item will be reimbursed by Sunzi.

Cancellations

Changed your mind?

To cancel your order:

  1. Go to ‘Orders & Returns’ if you have an account, or  click here if you placed an order as a guest to contact us directly.
  2. Select the order confirmation number, the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation.
  3. We’ll email you a confirmation of your canceled order upon review of the reason for cancellation.

If your order has already been prepared and shipped, we can’t cancel your order — but we do offer a return service which doesn’t include the shipping costs.
